2026/27 Junior Pirates

JUNIOR PIRATES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Junior Pirates Development program is designed to offer young players the chance to develop their skills and raise their game to the next level. The main pillar of the program is development and providing players with the coaching and tools to improve in all facets of the game. The main teaching points of the program will focus heavily on the below areas of the game:

1. Hitting

2. Throwing/ arm care

3. Defensive skills

4. Base running

Within the big 4 we will work through finer mechanical points as well as working on the baseball IQ element that can get lost in training sessions. Through our years of successfully training young baseball athletes we have come to realize that the best training techniques and mechanical adjustments can be lost if players are not given the when and how to having those skills translate into results on the field. The Junior Pirates is the most comprehensive off season training program for serious players looking to improve.
