Junior Pirates Pitching
Players participating in the Junior Pirates program are entering an important part of their baseball development. For some, the upcoming season will be the induction to pitching in games and for others they will have a few seasons under their belts. Our Junior Pirates pitching program is based off the training our senior players go through and adjusted to be age specific.
Camp Length: 20 Weelks (Nov –April)
Wednesday nights: 5:30-7:00 pm
Junior Pirates Catching
Catching is the most important position in the game and is always the most under coached. At the youth level catchers often taken the majority of there reps at other positions and are expected to get better catching bullpens with little to no skill work. The Fieldhouse catching program has proven results with players of all ages. Junior Pirates catchers will run through a modified version of the program our senior Pirates use that incorporates mobility work, receiving mechanics and glove path work, stance variation, blocking and throwing fundamentals. With this comprehensive program our catchers will be ready to be field generals come opening day.
Camp Length: 20 weeks (Nov-April)
Wedneday nights 5:30—7:00 pm
Junior Pirates Strength and Conditioning
